Avoid big bills and call DrainContractorsDirect.
If a camera inspection shows that a drain back-up has been caused by penetration of tree roots in one or a few closely located junctions, or if the problem is caused by a shifted pipe, it is usually resolved by replacing the broken part of the pipe. This type of a repair is referred to as the drain spot repair. To maximine the accuracy of repairs, 90% of the time it involves manual labour, i.e the grass is removed, asphalt is accurately cut or the interlock is taken off, the dirt is piled on a tarp (which is digged manually, usually by means of a shovel and jackhammer). Afterwards the defective/broken part of the pipe is replaced, then covered with soil and compacted. You won't notice any difference in the way the area looks after the completed repairs, but you might notice a slight change in your bank account balance!
